Dentsu in Colombia seeks an Associate Director to steer daily programmatic workflow across accounts within the dentsu portfolio, including Carat, dentsuX, and iProspect. You will lead activation, pacing, optimizations, and deliver high-quality client outputs.

You will mentor staff, oversee QA, monitor performance, and support Activation Leads to ensure timely, accurate reporting and growth opportunities for the team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in programmatic/digital industry.
• Experience leading a team and driving success.
• Strong command of digital media channels and client objectives.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of multitasking.
• Professionalism under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and campaign excellence for activation/investment team.
• Articulate optimizations, results, and recommendations in reporting and client calls.
• Develop tactical recommendations across platforms and audiences.
• Be an expert on buying platforms and emerging tech solutions.
• Ensure adherence to campaign management processes with hands-on activation oversight.
• Mentor and manage direct reports, align timelines, and drive accountability.
• Identify training needs and share knowledge across the hub team.
• Support activation leads with governance and strategic growth opportunities.
