Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.

In this role you will own the backlog, collaborate with ERP and TMS integrations, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
