Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own the backlog, lead integrations with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end flow testing, collaborating with global teams to optimize supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise app experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate needs into epics and stories.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design end-to-end flow tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
