Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

The role focuses on backlog ownership, system integration, and end-to-end testing, helping optimize enterprise software footprints and drive continuous improvement across IT business systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• End-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and preferred CSPO or Manhattan certification.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
