Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions built on Manhattan Scale and Active WMS.
Lead backlog, define epics and specs, and coordinate with ERP/TMS integrations, QA, and stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable supply chain execution and a future-ready enterprise software footprint.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
