Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, focusing on Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities.
You will own backlog, define epics, and guide REST/SOAP API integrations with ERP/TMS, ensuring robust end-to-end testing and collaboration with both technical and non-technical
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
