Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

In this role you will own backlog, manage API integrations with ERP/TMS, design end-to-end testing, and serve as SME for Manhattan WMS configurations.

Qualifications

At least 10 years IT enterprise app experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and API integration experience.
Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own backlog and requirements for WMS implementations.
Lead technical integration with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Design and execute end-to-end flow testing before UAT.
Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
