Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You’ll leverage expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, drive API integration, and guide end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution across our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery and end-to-end flow testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and tech specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and configurations.
