Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will lead requirement elicitation, supervise API integrations, and ensure robust end-to-end testing before UAT, helping optimize our supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and SQL querying.
• CS/IT/SCM degree; CSPO/Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
