Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, with emphasis on Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will ensure robust integration with ERP/TMS, lead end-to-end testing, and act as the subject matter expert on WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience in designing end-to-end test flows and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and tech specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
