Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. This role bridges warehouse operations and technical development, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own backlog, manage integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and EDI, and design end-to-end tests, ensuring robust supply chain execution and collaboration with ERP/TMS stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications
• 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active
• Experience with WMS configuration and system integration

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate needs into epics and specs.
• Lead API/EDI integrations between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design end-to-end flow tests for complex scenarios.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
