Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role you will own backlog and requirements, map and evaluate APIs, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT enterprises, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active, and a strong grasp of SQL, WMS configuration, and Agile delivery. Location: Mexico with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equal experience.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and system integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex edge cases.
