Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog items and requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, and collaborate with development teams to deliver robust WMS solutions.

Responsibilities include leading technical integration with ERP/TMS, designing end-to-end tests, and acting as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active WMS preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS configurations and system integration standards essential.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
