Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics, and drive integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You will apply 10+ years of IT enterprise experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end testing and robust WMS configurations in a Mexico-based role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration and data integration experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
