Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics, and guide development teams.

You will map REST and SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, drive end-to-end testing, and serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain Management.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.
• Over 10 years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements: translate needs into epics, stories and specs for development.
• Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
