Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog and requirements, lead technical integrations, and drive end-to-end flow testing while serving as the expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and help ensure robust, scalable warehouse management solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
