Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. The role focuses on owning backlog, integrating REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems, and ensuring robust end-to-end testing.

You will serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture, with 10+ years in IT and 6–8 years on the Manhattan platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
