Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, ensuring smooth integration with ERP and TMS systems.

Lead testing across end-to-end processes, own backlog, and act as the SME for WMS configurations and architecture, contributing to a secure and optimized enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
