Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
You will own backlog, drive API/EDI integrations with ERP/TMS, and design comprehensive end-to-end tests to ensure robust supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics and user stories for development.
- Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chains.
- Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
