Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You will transform complex logistics needs into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active WMS solutions and own backlog, epics, and integrations with ERP/TMS.

The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps and 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms, with a CS/IT or related degree. Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and architecture.
