Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in a dynamic global environment. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into actionable requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration with development, ERP, and TMS teams in a hybrid Mexico-based setting.

You will serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, overseeing configurations, architecture, and integration strategies to

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, SCM or equivalent is required.
• Experience with enterprise IT applications and WMS platforms is essential.
• Knowledge of API, EDI, and database interfaces is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manorhattan Active configurations and architecture.
