Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog, elicit requirements, and translate them into epics and user stories for development teams, focusing on Manhattan WMS integrations with ERP and TMS.

You will guide end-to-end testing, serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust supply chain solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
