Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active WMS solutions. You will shape the enterprise software footprint and drive continuous improvements.

You will own the backlog, guide API integrations, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A strong background in WMS configurations and Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
