Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams. You will transform complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active systems to optimize supply chain execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a IT or supply chain field.
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Proven ability to translate operational needs into epics and user stories.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
