Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. The role focuses on owning backlog, translating operational needs into epics for development, and leading integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You will drive end-to-end testing and serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Active WMS configurations. We value a 10+ year IT background, strong SQL and Agile delivery, and a CS/IT/SCM degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Bachelor's degree; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and configs.
