Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams within our global organization.

You will translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities to optimize supply chain execution. A seasoned background in enterprise applications and strong integration skills are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL, and system integration standards.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics and user stories for development.
• Lead technical integration; map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design end-to-end testing; validate complex supply chain edge cases pre-UAT.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
