Twilio is seeking an entry-level RCS Onboarding Operations Specialist (L1) to join our global Onboarding and Compliance team. This remote-friendly role focuses on white-glove service as customers navigate RCS requirements and carrier rules.

You will ensure industry compliance, guide customers proactively, and help maintain a secure, reliable Twilio communications ecosystem across our global network.

Formación

• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT.
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management, self-discipline, and reliability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations and support, ensuring industry compliance.
• Customer-first mindset, delivering high-quality support and smooth experiences.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented, capable of cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail in reviewing documents and following procedures.
• Adaptability to new systems, workflows, and evolving business needs.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Review RCS applications and assess use cases to ensure they meet carrier regulations and prevent fraud.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide proactive guidance to teams and customers.
• Handle escalations, working cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Perform QA checks on AI-generated and agent-reviewed decisions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update documentation to align with industry standards.
• Provide high-touch onboarding support via Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Slack.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements for compliance processes.
• Prioritize high-volume inquiries to meet SLAs and ensure reliable service.
