Twilio is seeking a Program Manager to develop and deliver technology solutions through consulting engagements across Twilio products and channels. You will guide implementation best practices, support solution design, and ensure successful platform adoption using Twilio APIs and platforms.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and hands-on engagement to drive customer success and revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Set, manage, and meet customer expectations with regard to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience, see value from our solutions, and generate revenue through successful implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on solution architecture, system configuration, and deployment strategies.
• Oversee engagements through all stages of the Twilio implementation, including design, implementation, configuration, monitoring, and best practices.
• Partner with other Twilio Professional Services team members to design, configure, and implement solutions.
