VTEX is seeking a Presales Engineer to support the Sales team by applying strong technical and cross-functional skills in Medellín. You will collaborate with development and professional services to showcase platform capabilities and define scalable, tailored solutions for prospects.

You will lead technical proposals, project scopes, and demos, translating customer needs into actionable plans while working with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solution/pre-sales or customer success roles.
• Ability to translate complexity into actionable plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide in-depth technical expertise during pre-sales engagements.
• Develop tailored architectural and business solutions aligned with customer needs and VTEX platform capabilities.
• Prepare detailed project scopes, technical proposals, and pricing structures.
• Advise customers on platform integration models and best practices.
• Work closely with Professional Services, Sales and Development to refine solutions.
• Own demos and educate stakeholders on VTEX platform features.
