You bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency experience managing multiple clients with clear English communication on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps; narrate numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
