Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, set budgets, test creative, and decide when to kill campaigns.

You will be the strategic voice in client calls and own the roadmap for 90 days and beyond. You bring 3+ years hands-on campaign experience, a track record of improving ROAS, CPA, and agency experience across multiple clients, with clear English for

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
