Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency delivering paid media strategies for veterinary clients across multiple locations while working remotely. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own the paid media roadmap, budgets, and performance narratives for your book of clients.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta across accounts, with GA4 tracking and attribution setup, and you will guide 90-day plans and quarterly roadmaps, focusing on ROAS improvements and client retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; you built, ran and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with a trackable client narrative.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience in veterinary or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Veterinary you own paid media for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
