Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in PPC across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding strategy, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set and manage 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with performance storytelling.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
