Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients with multi-market exposure. You will own paid media strategy, budgeting, testing, and reporting, guiding client calls with clear ROAS storytelling.

You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build the roadmap, and drive retention and upsell across accounts. Strong English on live calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid media across multiple clients.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvements across campaigns.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budgeting, bidding, targeting, testing and optimization management.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present results.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term strategy.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi‑location businesses is a strong plus.
