AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. This role will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, build reliable platform services, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure.

You should have 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript, 1+ year API design with REST/gRPC, and 1+ year AWS/Kubernetes experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including service mesh experience.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code or Claude Cowork.
• Excellent communication, learning on the fly, and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes and efficiency.
• Communicate updates on project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
