AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, work with engineering and data science teams, and implement reliable platform services across distributed systems.

Strong experience with Python or TypeScript, API design, and AI-native tooling is required. This role offers flextime with options for remote work and in-office collaboration, plus competitive USD-based

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of AWS and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, or Cilium.
• 1+ year building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code or Claude Cowork.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and improving infrastructure.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes and improve efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues with senior leadership.
