AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infra that supports rapid company growth. You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, implement scalable platform services, and work with engineering and data science teams to maintain performance and security.

Responsibilities include monitoring, performance optimizations, and collaboration with senior leadership. Must have 3+ years Python/TypeScript server development, 1+ year AWS/Kubernetes, and AI-native

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript (must-have).
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of AWS and Kubernetes experience, incl. service mesh tech (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 1+ year of building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, etc).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, fast learner, ownership mindset.

• Measure and optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement infra improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and reliability.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes and efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status and risks.
