Job summary

HireHawk is seeking a Demand Writer Support Specialist to help manage a fast-paced PI demand pipeline. You will review medical records and bills, assemble complete demand packages, labeled exhibits, and ensure readiness for attorney review and submission.

You’ll operate in a high-volume environment, using Filevine or similar systems, and collaborate within a structured workflow while maintaining accuracy and quality under pressure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plaintiff personal injury experience is required.
• Direct experience drafting PI demand letters/packages (not just assisting an attorney).
• Strong independent medical record and bill review skills to spot gaps and errors.
• Experience preparing demand packages from record intake through final assembly.
• Experience working in a case management system; Filevine strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently review medical records, bills, and supporting documents for demand-ready accuracy.
• Verify billing timelines, dates, providers, and gaps; flag missing items before assembly.
• Build and organize complete demand packages with labeled exhibits.
• Identify missing records or bills and communicate what’s needed to close the file.
• Navigate disorganized case files to locate relevant documents quickly and confidently.
• Maintain exhibit preparation standards for attorney review.
• Support demand workflows using EvenUp or similar software.
• Manage multiple active demands and meet volume/deadline expectations.
• Track tasks and statuses inside the case management system to keep workflows moving.
• Contribute to process improvements to reduce rework and increase quality.
