Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our legal team in Medellín. You will draft and file documents, manage case files, and assist with trial preparation in a fast-paced U.S. law environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment required; personal injury preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files with accessible documentation.
• Gather and summarize discovery evidence; create discovery binders.
• Maintain case calendars with deadlines and hearings.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide case progress updates.
• Prepare materials for trial; create exhibits and trial binders.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
