Responsabilidades

• Document preparation: draft pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Case file management: organize and maintain files with accessible documents
• Discovery support: summarize evidence and organize discovery binders
• Calendar management: track deadlines, appointments, hearings
• Client communication: update clients and answer inquiries
• Trial preparation: prepare materials and exhibits for trial
• Research assistance: conduct basic legal research and summarize findings
