Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our legal team in personal injury and employment law matters. You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to manage case files, draft documents, and assist with trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience, with prior U.S. legal experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in a U.S. legal environment required; personal injury experience preferred; employment law experience a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
Case File Management: Organize and maintain case files with easily accessible documents.
Discovery Support: Gather and summarize evidence, organize responses, and create discovery binders.
Calendar Management: Track deadlines, appointments, and hearings; communicate with the legal team.
Client Communication: Update clients on case progress and address inquiries as needed.
Trial Preparation: Prepare materials for trial, including exhibits and trial binders.
Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
