The role involves drafting legal documents, managing case files, assisting with discovery, calendar management, and trial preparations. Collaboration with attorneys and paralegals is essential to maintain efficient litigation processes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field and experience in a U.S. legal environment.

• Experience in a U.S. legal environment is required; personal injury and employment law experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accessibility of documents.
• Manage discovery by gathering and summarizing evidence and creating discovery binders.
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and hearings; communicate updates to the team.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and assist with inquiries.
• Assist in trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
