Bush & Bush Law Group is hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our litigation team. The role involves document drafting, case management, discovery, calendar oversight, client communication, trial prep, and legal research.

We seek a candidate with a law degree or equivalent experience, with prior U.S. legal exposure and knowledge of personal injury and employment law. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in a U.S. legal environment is required; personal injury law is preferred, employment law a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer-service oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal research databases.
• Team-oriented and able to support a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Case File Management: organize and maintain case files.
• Discovery Support: manage discovery, gather and summarize evidence.
• Calendar Management: track deadlines, appointments, and hearings.
• Client Communication: provide updates and answer inquiries.
• Trial Preparation: help prepare exhibits and trial binders.
• Research Assistance: conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
