Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment required; personal injury law preferred, employment law a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files; ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Support discovery by gathering, summarizing evidence, and preparing binders.
• Manage court calendar, deadlines, and hearings with the team.
• Communicate with clients and update on case progress.
