Qualifications

• Experience as Personal Injury Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or Legal Assistant.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows.
• Experience handling client communications and case documentation.

Responsibilities

• Following up on outstanding requests with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties.
• Reporting claims and assisting with claim-related processes.
• Communicating with courts regarding case-related matters and updates.
• Monitoring case progress and helping move files through each stage of the case lifecycle.
• Requesting and obtaining medical records and supporting case documentation.
• Conducting client intake activities and gathering necessary information and documentation.
• Identifying and proactively resolving case bottlenecks.
• Tracking deadlines and outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinating with attorneys and legal staff regarding next steps and case developments.
• Providing case updates and maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records within the case management system.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or Legal Assistant
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows and processes
