Solvo Global Careers is seeking a People Operations Manager to join our Medellín team onsite. You will lead all aspects of People Operations, from onboarding to offboarding, and partner with executives to drive workforce planning and growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and the ability to support leadership across cross-functional teams. Fluency in English (C1+) is essential to collaborate with U.S.-based partners.

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join a dynamic and growing team in Medellín.

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Schedule: Full-Time

Work Environment: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize People Operations processes across the entire employee lifecycle


• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR compliance initiatives


• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth


• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives


• Oversee performance management processes and support leadership development efforts


• Review, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices


• Analyze people metrics and identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency


• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations


• Support strategic HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a People Operations Manager, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, People & Culture Manager, or similar role


• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operations


• Proven experience working with U.S.-based companies (MUST HAVE)


• Experience supporting leadership teams and cross-functional departments


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)


• Experience implementing or improving HR processes, policies, and employee programs
