Atoms, Bogota-based, is seeking a Recruiting Coordination professional to support our global team. You’ll schedule interviews across time zones, maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, and help streamline recruiting operations to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

Join a fast-growing hardware-software company building physical AI for food, mining, and transport. You’ll collaborate with People/HR Ops on onboarding and process improvements while developing expertise in our tools and workflow.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related administrative roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar scheduling platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with our global team across multiple time zones with precision and care.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless interview experience.
• Maintain data accuracy and organization across our recruiting tools — we use Greenhouse and GoodTime.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve our recruiting operations and hiring processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
• Help build and facilitate interview training and calibration processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes to ensure consistency across the team.
• Partner with People/HR Ops on cross-functional projects, such as onboarding handoffs or systems audits.
