Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. We seek a Recruiting Coordinator to schedule interviews across time zones, manage communications with candidates and hiring teams, and maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse and GoodTime.

You’ll improve processes, deliver a great candidate experience, and contribute to onboarding and system audits with People/HR Ops. This onsite role is based in Bogote1, Colombia, working five days a week with a collaborative team.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting coordination or related administrative roles is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or GoodTime is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the global team across multiple time zones.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless interview experience.
• Maintain data accuracy and organization across recruiting tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting operations and processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
• Create and maintain SOPs and playbooks for recruiting processes to ensure consistency.
