Atoms Bogotá is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with business units across Brazil and Colombia, shaping workforce strategy for a fast-growing, SSL-based company. You’ll use your expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, and organizational development to align people programs with ambitious objectives.

Formación

• Strong HR business experience partnering within high-growth SSL-based companies, particularly across Brazil and Colombia.
• Experience working within HRBP processes and support in Brazil and Colombia, with understanding of local labor regulations and market dynamics.
• Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, scaling environments. Preferred industries include real estate, technology, and operations-heavy businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Talent Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce planning needs, talent strategy, and development plans for employees.
• Performance Management: Coach managers on performance-related issues, ensuring fair practices and effective evaluation.
• Organizational Development: Assess needs and provide recommendations to enhance engagement, productivity, and effectiveness.
• HR Analytics: Use HR data to identify trends and drive data-based decisions and continuous improvement.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Stay updated with employment laws and implement compliant policies across the organization.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing culture.
