Job summary

Turia GBS is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to lead and optimize the People Operations function across the full employee lifecycle. The role emphasizes operational excellence, legal compliance, and an outstanding employee experience in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years’ experience in People Operations, HR administration, payroll, and labor compliance, preferably in multinational environments, with English fluency. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience leading People Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Labor Compliance processes.
• Experience in multinational or regional environments preferred.
• U.S. payroll experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent English (B2+ or C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead employee administration processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team.
